" Rick was absolutely amazing. I'll never forget being on the road to Kentucky and needing to get a realtor fast to work with me the following day to look at houses. He literally got right to it without any complaints. Very polite on the phone and in person. He took every note from me on what my family and I were looking for. Being that we were 9 hours+ away in PA it made it difficult to know what was going on with stuff in Kentucky once we found the house we wanted.
